My fourth term as a city councillor

I was sworn in as a fourth-term city councillor on 7 Jan 2011.The Chief Minister of Penang , YAB Lim Guan Eng and his Deputy , Prof.Rama were the witnesses . As I walked to the stage , I had mixed feelings.If only I accepted the offer to stand in the 2008 GE , I would had been a YB , if not a state Exco . But then , life would had been dead busy. Now though just being a councillor , I had time for my loved ones , i mean quality time . I just bathed my family giant , that is my pet dog , Fang . When we got him , he was barely one foot in length and half foot tall. Now he is almost four times bigger. I just spent nice time chatting with my wife and my youngest son. No hurries , no time constraints...... Would I have the time if I am clued to my office at KOMTAR ? God knows .....

School reopens for year 2011

All you students must be back to school by now . For those taking PMR or SPM this year , nothing can replace diligence , u must work hard unless of course u wish to be lag behind. Don't ever believe in last minute preparation , u won't get the best but the left over ! Happy new year to every one .....
